Mobile and Online Banking Enhancements

On July 27, 2022, we will upgrade our online and mobile banking app. To deliver these enhancements, online banking may be down briefly around 9 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. CT. We hope you enjoy the upgrade!
Here are some highlights:
- Menu items are now easier to find.
- The new Quick Balance feature allows you to see account balances without logging in.

Do I need to update the app?
You do not need to download the app! During our maintenance window on July 27th, we will take care of that for you.
How do I enable quick balance?
1) Open your app and log in.
2) Open Menu>Settings>Quick Balance.
3) Tap the switch at the bottom of the screen.
How do I schedule appointments from the app?
1) Open your app and log in.
2) Open Menu>Locations.
3) Search your location and tap the "Schedule Appointment".
What offers will be available via the app?
Through the app you will now be able to apply for credit cards, access your Horizon Debit Card Rewards, and enroll in Easy Save.
What's the difference between the old menu and the new one?
We've rearranged the menu so to make it easier for you to bank online. See below for a comparison between the old and the new.
