To let us know about your travel plans, call  888-873-2640  or send a secure email. You can reach the Secure Email Portal at  secure email . Include the following details in your message:

  • Your name (s)
  • Horizon Debit-Card number (s)
  • Departure and return dates
  • Destination (s) of travel—city, state, or country
  • A phone number where we can reach you while you travel

If you plan to travel internationally and will need to use your ATM or debit card, please contact us in advance.
