Horizon Bank eStatements expands the value of your Horizon Bank Online Banking experience, giving you access to additional features regarding your bank statements.

How do I setup eStatements?

1. In the Menu, click or tap Statements > eStatement Enrollment.

2. Choose the account you would like to change, select eStatement from the drop-down list.

3. The eStatement Delivery Agreement window appears. Review the agreement, and click I accept.

4. To change the email that receives an eStatement, click the edit icon ( ). The Select Recipient window appears. Do one of the following:
• Click the checkbox for one or more existing delivery addresses.
• Click in the address field and type a new delivery address. Click or tap Add

5. Click Save


How do I view and print eStatements?

Click Transactions>Statements from left-hand menu in online banking. Select the account you would like to view and click on the statement date you wish to see (on the right side of the screen).   The statement will appear on the left.  To print the statement, select the disk icon at the top of the box where the statement appears. The statement will be downloaded to your computer (in your download folder or where you have your downloads set up to save).  Once downloaded, click the 'print' icon at the top of the page.

How far back do my statements go?

Customers can view statements on online for up to 2 years. Statements will appear by date with a listing of most recent on top.
