Horizon Bank Announces Drew Kalsto as Commercial Loan Officer

Michigan City, Indiana – Brooks Diller, Market President – Fort Wayne, is pleased to announce the appointment of Drew Kalsto as Commercial Loan Officer.

Kalsto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University Fort Wayne and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University Fort Wayne. In this role, he will develop and manage relationships with business clients by identifying their financing needs and delivering tailored commercial lending solutions. He will analyze financial information, structure loan requests, and work closely with customers to support their growth while maintaining strong credit quality and risk management practices.

In addition to his professional expertise, Kalsto has been involved in the community. He has volunteered his time teaching financial wellness, credit management, and budgeting through a local Youth for Christ after-school program. He has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, participating in frame-building workshops that help provide affordable housing opportunities for local families.

His commitment to serving others has earned him notable recognition. In 2025, Kalsto received the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program’s “Doing the Good Award,” which honors individuals whose dedication and service make a meaningful and lasting impact on older adults, families, and the broader community.
