Horizon Bank Announces Jason Braford as Market President of Kalamazoo
Michigan City, Indiana – David Quade, Regional President, Michigan and North Central Indiana, is pleased to announce Jason Braford as Market President of Kalamazoo.
Braford succeeds John Crandle in this role and brings more than 10 years of prior commercial banking experience to the position. Since joining Horizon in 2020, he has been a strong leader and valued contributor to the Kalamazoo team, consistently demonstrating a commitment to relationship building, strategic growth, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
In his new role as Market President, Braford will continue to support the growth and development of the Kalamazoo market while leading local initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and enhance customer experience.
Braford earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is also a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he remains actively involved in the community as a Board Member of the Cornerstone University Alumni Board and a Board Member for Michigan Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children.
