Horizon Bank Announces Shawn King as Mortgage Loan Originator
Michigan City, Indiana – Kimberly Boocher, VP, Mortgage Loan Sales Manager, is pleased to announce Shawn King as Mortgage Loan Originator. King will be serving clients from Horizon’s Columbus, Indiana Downtown office.
With more than a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, King brings a strong background in originating, training, and leading mortgage professionals. He has helped countless families achieve their homeownership goals, whether buying their first home, renovating to fit their needs, or accessing home equity to navigate life’s challenges.
King is a graduate of Marian College in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is a federally licensed mortgage loan originator, having originated loans in 16 different states. Over his career, he has been recognized as a LendingTree Gold Leaf recipient for the past 10 years and is also a President’s Circle winner.
Outside of work, King is passionate about giving back. He volunteers regularly with Gleaners Food Bank and tutors grade school students in reading.
