Horizon Bank Gives $5,000 Grant to Support Junior Achievement of Greater Lafayette
Michigan City, Indiana – Horizon Bank is proud to announce the recent grant to Junior Achievement of Greater Lafayette in the amount of $5,000.
“Horizon Bank is proud to provide this $5,000 Horizon Cares grant to Junior Achievement of Greater Lafayette to continue their mission of showing young people what is possible through financial literacy and entrepreneurship,” said Brain Balmer, VP, District Manager. “This grant, in addition to additional monetary and volunteer support of Junior Achievement of Greater Lafayette will make a lasting impact on our youth and ultimately our communities for years to come.”
Junior Achievement programs give students the opportunity to learn about money management, business, and career readiness through engaging classroom activities and mentorship from community volunteers. By connecting education with real-world application, Junior Achievement equips young people with the confidence and skills needed to thrive as future leaders.
