Horizon Bank Promotes Nikki Ellington to Assistant Vice President Branch Manager
Michigan City, Indiana – Brian Balmer, Horizon Bank’s Vice President, District Manager is pleased to announce the promotion of Nikki Ellington to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager.
Ellington’s career with Horizon spans an impressive twenty-six years. Her journey began as a teller. She later advanced to Customer Service Representative, and then Branch Manager in 2016. In her current role, she is responsible for daily branch operations while developing and supporting new business opportunities.
Beyond her outstanding career at Horizon Bank, Ellington is a passionate advocate for her community. She is heavily involved with the United Way of Cass County where she serves as the board secretary, and actively contributes to the VITA Committee and the Community Involvement Committee. Her commitment extends further as a dedicated member of the Logansport Kiwanis and as an ambassador for the Logansport Cass County Chamber of Commerce. In recognition of her exceptional community involvement, she was honored with the Bank One Team, One Goal Award in 2017.
