Horizon Bank Announces Karen Smith as Branch Manager
Michigan City, IN - Kate Etheridge, Assistant Vice President, District Retail Manager, is pleased to announce Karen Smith as Branch Manager of our Grand Rapids, Michigan office located at 250 Pearl Street.
Smith previously held the role of Vice President, Branch Manager. She earned her Bachelor’s from Western Michigan University, and later completed Branch Manager Academy. Smith is an active member in her community and is involved with organizations including: Food Gatherers of Ann Arbor, State Street Association, Score Ann Arbor, and the local Chamber of Commerce.
In her new role, Smith will manage retail banking service and operations. She is responsible for Retail Advisors as well as Compliance and Risk Management. As Branch Manager, she is dedicated to building relationships both internally and externally, and strengthening partnerships within the community.
