Horizon Bank Welcomes Cindy Kirkham as Sr. Community Development Officer
Michigan City, IN - Noe Najera, Executive Vice President, Senior Retail & Mortgage Lending Officer is pleased to announce Cindy Kirkham as Senior Community Development Officer. She is located at our Michigan City office at 515 Franklin Street.
Kirkham has four years of experience as a Community Development Officer. In addition, she has a combined eleven years of experience in residential title, and consumer and mortgage lending.
In her new role, Kirkham will lead, manage, and administer Horizon Bank’s CRA, Fair Lending, and Diversity and Inclusion outreach groups. This position supports the oversight of the bank’s CRA Lending, Community Development, and CRA Investment activities throughout Horizon’s footprint.
Kirkham attended Brown Mackie College, where she received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She is currently a Co-Chair of Women United – United Way of LaPorte County, a board member of Horizon Bank Community Development Corporation, Near Northwest Neighborhood, and Secretary of the Board for the Southwest Michigan CRA Association.
