Horizon Bank Announces Brooks Diller as Successor to Jay Maddox as Market President of Fort Wayne
Michigan City, Indiana – Dan Hampton, Horizon Banks Regional President - Central Indiana is pleased to announce Brooks Diller has been named successor to Jay Maddox as Market President of Fort Wayne.
Maddox began his role at Horizon as Market President of Fort Wayne in 2018. During this time, Maddox helped promote economic growth within the communities Horizon serves in the greater Fort Wayne area. Throughout his forty-year career, Maddox was an active member of his community. Past community involvement includes: Holy Cross Church Board Treasurer, Junior Achievement Board Member, former President of the Anthony Wayne Area Council of the Boy Scouts, United Methodist Church Treasurer, Better Business Bureau Board Member, Boys and Girls Club Board Officer, American Red Cross Board Member, and Fort Wayne Rotary Board Member.
Effective October 24th, 2022, Horizon will appoint Brooks Diller as Jay Maddox’s successor. Diller joined Horizon in 2012 as part of a bank acquisition, and has held the role of Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender. He has over thirty years of experience in finance and accounting. Diller will manage an experienced team of lenders who provide industry leading customer service, unique solutions, and expert understanding of industry needs.
Diller graduated from Indiana University – Purdue University at Fort Wayne, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance. He then proceeded to further his education at Indiana Wesleyan University, receiving an M.B.A. Most recently, Diller graduated from the Barret School of Banking. In addition, he is an Executive Board Member of the Mustard Seed Furniture Bank. Diller is a passionate leader and looks forward to continuing to build strong relationships with clients.
