Michigan City, IN — Thomas Rowland, Horizon Bank’s Market President, Northern Michigan, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Kelsey as Commercial Loan Officer located at Cadillac South, 302 S Mitchell St, Cadillac, MI.
Kelsey has over 7 years’ experience as the Cadillac South Branch Manager helping with retail and commercial lending. He obtained his Masters in Finance from Baker College for Graduate Studies.
Kelsey is a Graduate from both the Perry School of Banking and Commercial Lending School with the Michigan Bankers Association. He is involved with the following organizations: Board member for Wexford-Missaukee United Way; Board Member for Cadillac
