Horizon Bank Announces Brett Bowen as Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer
Michigan City, IN — Thomas Rowland, Horizon Bank’s Market President, Northern Michigan, is pleased to announce the addition of Brett Bowen as Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer located at 521 W. Main St, Gaylord, Michigan.
He also covers the Charlevoix and Grayling markets.
Bowen has over 24 years of financial experience including commercial lending, Private Banking; Retail Banking and Global Treasury. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army Military Intelligence (101st Airborne Division) where he was a linguist in military intelligence.
Bowen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University and he has a diploma from the Defense Language Institute in Korean.
He has had his Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation since 2010 and is involved with the following organizations: Otsego County Economic Alliance, Board Member and Finance Committee; Otsego County EMS, Board Member; Otsego County Commission
