Horizon Bank Announces Dan Becksvoort as New Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender

Michigan City, IN — Mark Johnson, Horizon Bank’s Market President – Holland, Ottawa County, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Dan Becksvoort as Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender located at 77 E 8th St, Holland, Michigan.

Becksvoort’s responsibilities include managing a portfolio of existing business and commercial banking relationships.  He is also responsible for increasing deposit and commercial loan balances year over year while maintaining exceptional credit quality.  He has previous experience as a Business Banker and a Commercial Lender.

Becksvoort earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting a Finance from Grand Valley State University, Grand Rapids, MI.  He is a Board Member – Ditto: Not for profit organization benefiting Holland Christian Schools;

Past Board Member – Community Action House; Past Panel Member – United Way of Ottawa County; and Past Administrative Team Member – Providence CRC.
