Horizon Bank Awards 2,500 Donation to Soul Steppers Drill Team, Inc.
Horizon Bank is pleased to announce the recent donation of $2,500 to the Soul Steppers Drill Team, Inc. With the motto of “Stepping for Life, Liberty and Happiness", the Soul Steppers Drill Team is a faith-based community youth organization that gives children of all ages the chance to exercise their talents, learn crucial life lessons, and express their individuality through its innovative program.
“Horizon Bank is proud to contribute to an organization that is doing so much to reach the at-risk youth in our communities,” said Steve Kring, Regional President for Northwest Indiana. “Change starts at the local level. The opportunities that the Soul Steppers Drill Team provides Michigan City youth to engage with their peers in a fun yet structured setting and help realize their full potential through the performing arts is something we are more than happy to support.”
