Horizon Promotes Jim Parpart to Vice President, District Manager
Carla Kanney, Senior Vice President, Retail Banking at Horizon Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Parpart to Vice President, District Manager. His duties include managing the overall operations of the branches in Kosciusko and Grant Counties, as well as branches in the Northeast Indiana region.
Parpart has 29 years of financial experience. He first joined Horizon as a Branch Manager/Business Banker of the Elkhart office, before he was promoted to District Manager a couple of years later due to his dedication and great customer service.
Parpart earned his Bachelors in Elementary Education from Indiana University. He is also the Treasurer for the local pack of the LaSalle Council BSA.
