Horizon Bank offers Spanish Banking Services in Whiting Indiana
Michigan City, IN – Horizon Bank has introduced its first full service Spanish banking center in its Whiting, Indiana branch located at 1321 – 119th Street.
Horizon recognized a need in the Whiting community and a bilingual team of advisors was formed. The team is comprised of the following: Simon Vega, Branch Manager, Customer Service Representatives are Azucena Santiago and Karen Montoya and Tellers include Julieta Miranda and Alexandria Lopez. There also is a dedicated Mortgage Loan Originator and Small Business Banker, Cristal Alcantar.

As banks continue to close in Whiting, and the greater Lake County area, the Horizon team is expanding services to provide Spanish speaking customers with personalized financial solutions for mortgage products, business services as well as credit education to help establish, repair and maintain credit. These efforts are intentional to ensure the community that Horizon is here to stay; building new quality relationships, while giving back to the community.
