What features are different than an ATM?
The machine also functions as an ATM – offering balance inquiries, withdrawals, deposits, and transfers when you use your debit card. If you have banking needs beyond making a simple withdrawal or deposit, this machine goes the extra mile. The customized features of a live banking machine allow you to speak directly with a Horizon Bank video banker to complete transactions like:
- Deposit cash or checks
- Withdrawals dispensing different denominations - $1s, $5s, $20s, and $100s
- Cash checks as late as 8 pm ET
- Make payments to Horizon loans
- Transfer money between accounts
- Check images printed on receipts
How do I communicate?
The machine uses two-way video that will allow you to see your video banker while allowing the video banker to see you. Using video cameras with built-in speakers, you can privately communicate while conducting your transactions.
Are my transactions secure?
When interacting with a video banker, your transaction is as secure as if you were making a face-to-face transaction at the teller line. It is processed in exactly the same manner. For security purposes, transactions are recorded and questions may be asked to verify your identity.
