Bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the financial industry, Lara has held notable positions, including Senior Vice President Chief Operations Administration Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Conversion Team Lead, and Director of Treasury Management Operations. Her diverse background encompasses expertise in compliance and risk management, project management, system administration, and vendor management.
In her new role, Lara will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall Commercial Banking Division creating additional and specialized capacity that will directly benefit their team, advisors, and customers alike. Her responsibilities will span operational and administrative matters, including project oversight, driving increased productivity and efficiency, providing technology and workflow support, overseeing operational risk management, and addressing compliance matters.
