From the convenience of your car, you can connect to a video banker, using videoconferencing, and you can complete almost any transaction you would normally come inside the branch to do.

Flexibility of Extended Hours
Banking hours are extended and available before and after normal branch hours. These extended hours of service allow you the flexibility to do your banking – even after the branch closes on Saturday!

How is Video Banking different than an ATM?

The machine functions as a regular ATM – offering balance inquiries, withdrawals, deposits, and transfers when you use your debit card. Yet, if you have banking needs beyond making a simple withdrawal or deposit, this machine goes the extra mile. The customized features of a live video banking machine allow you to speak face-to-face with a Horizon video banker to complete individualized transactions.

What types of transactions can be completed?

  • Deposit cash or checks
  • Withdrawals, dispensing- $1s, $5s, $20s, and $100s
  • Cash checks as late as 8 pm ET
  • Make payments to Horizon loans
