Horizon Bank Announces Ted Roknich as VP, Enterprise Risk Director

Michigan City, Indiana – Todd Etzler, EVP, Chief Legal and Risk Officer, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ted Roknich as Vice President, Enterprise Risk Director.

Roknich has been with Horizon since 2024 and has played a key role in supporting senior management and the Board in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to help ensure the Bank’s long-term safety and soundness. In his role, he will continue to lead the development and execution of Horizon's enterprise risk management program while strengthening key risk management functions, including Board reporting and oversight of critical risk areas.

Roknich holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and has more than a decade of experience leading and managing risk-related initiatives within the banking industry.
