A Message to our Customers, Communities and Friends,
Over the past couple months we have been operating our bank lobbies by appointment only as we’ve faced the unknown impact of COVID-19. We thank you for your patience as we’ve worked together to rely on alternate ways to continue to serve your banking needs. At this time, we are finalizing plans to safely welcome you back into our lobbies.
Our plans will take into consideration local, state and CDC guidelines and therefore are leading us to a staggered approach to re-opening our lobbies throughout the states of Indiana and Michigan – many of them opening by Monday, June 15.
The lobbies will look a bit different. When you visit, you will find transparent plexiglass barriers in many areas along with floor markers and other signs to help us safely distance. Our employees will be cleaning surfaces after each customer interaction and have hand sanitizer available for your use.
While we look forward to welcoming you inside, to maintain proper social distancing and avoid congestion, we still encourage you to make appointments and continue to utilize our many remote banking options such as our drive-ups, video banking machines and ATMs. You can also quickly and easily access your accounts and services through:
