Troy Michigan – The Troy, Michigan branch of Horizon Bank located at 2555 Crooks Road closed today after an employee tested positive for Covid-19. The temporary closure will last through Monday, November 9, 2020.
The office has undergone a deep cleaning and when it reopens, the staff will continue to follow safety protocols such as wearing face coverings, limiting occupancy, using protective barriers, following social distancing measures, and performing enhanced daily cleaning – including cleaning after each customer interaction.
The bank’s Live Video Banking located in the drive up at the Troy office will remain available with extended hours Monday - Saturday 7:00 am - 9:00 pm to take care of routine banking transactions. Customers who need to meet with an Advisor during the temporary closure can call (248)781-2584 for an appointment. “Our first priority remains keeping our advisors and customers safe and well informed, while continuing to meet the financial needs of our customers,” stated David Quade, Regional President of Michigan. “Rest assured, in cleaning our facilities, Horizon follows precautions that meet or exceed established guidelines and we are confident that we will continue to provide a safe space for our Advisors and our customers when the branch reopens.”
