Horizon Bank has been named the Northwest Indiana Small Business Lender of the Year by the Regional Development Company.  This award is given to a bank with the highest level of loan activity through the Small Business Administration 504 Guarantee Loan Program.

In addition, Kent Mishler, Vice President and Commercial Lender for Horizon Bank, received the top lender award for small business lending in the region.

"Both of these awards are a positive reflection of Horizon's Lending, Credit and Operation teams providing exceptional service to our community.  This further validates the fact that we are, and will continue, to focus on lending to the businesses in our community," stated David G. Rose, Horizon Bank's Market President - Northwest Indiana.
