Horizon Promotes Todd Etzler to Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Craig M. Dwight, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is pleased to announce the promotion of Todd Etzler to Executive Vice President, General Counsel effective January 1, 2021.

 

Etzler obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

 

Etzler joined Horizon in 2017 with over 25 years of both legal private practice experience and corporate general counsel experience. He adds in-depth legal and risk considerations to Horizon’s strategy and counsel to Horizon’s Board, executives, and advisors. He was instrumental in helping the Company complete three mergers, leads all real estate and legal transactions for the Company, established a commercial loan document review process, and has become a vital resource to all areas of the Bank.
