Chief Operating Officer - Cornwall Office

This position is accountable for effectively leading the day-to-day operation of all bank activities, accomplishes organization goals by planning, implementing, and evaluating organizational strategies and practices, and directs job contributions of senior managers.

Qualifications include a four-year related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred, minimum ten years proven track record in financial institution administration and operations, evidenced by strong analytical and business judgment skills, proven leadership of a C & I focused environment, history of success in coordinating information and activities among groups with differing agendas, across multi-functional areas, ability to analyze and prioritize information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, demonstrated success in managing a group of highly trained personnel and proficient in MS Office products including Word and Excel.

Office Supervisor - Meridian Office

This position is responsible for providing effective leadership, direction and development to a retail office team for an efficient and successful franchise and to consistently deliver and ensure that employees provide an exceptional level of service to every external and internal customer.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or approved equivalent, minimum three years branch banking experience required, proven leadership skills with a minimum three years supervisory experience, ability to determine customers needs and successfully promote and deliver Bank products and services while providing exceptional customer service, ability to train, manage and motivate others in a positive, supportive manner, effective communications skills, both verbal and written, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel and applicable databases.

Customer Service Representative - Whatcom County

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in promoting and delivering Bank services and products, assisting clients with routine transactions related to maintenance of existing accounts, processing all transactions with accuracy and handling currency precisely, including merchant transactions.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or approved equivalent, be able to determine customers needs and successfully promote and deliver Bank products and services, ability to provide exceptional customer service, be able to communicate clearly, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred, previous cash handling experience, the ability to utilize applicable computer programs, be able to organize time and work priorities and handle pressure situations are required.
