On December 2, 2016 your existing CNB&T Debit Card will no longer work.

We will issue you a new Horizon Bank Debit MasterCards® that will replace your existing CNB&T card.  You will need to activate this new card by December 2nd.

Your new Horizon Bank Debit card will come with an embedded chip that provides enhanced security when used at chip-enabled card readers. It will also display the Horizon Bank name and Mastercard® logo. You may use your card at any merchant that accepts Mastercard® Debit card or any ATM.

Debit Card PIN: Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will change.  You will receive a new PIN in a separate letter mailed to you for your security. You may change your PIN if you wish after you’ve activated your card.

Debit Card Number:  Your card number will also change as a result of the new chip card technology.

Account Access:  Your new Horizon Debit card will provide access to the same account(s) as your CNB&T card did and your daily withdrawal limits will remain the same.

Automatic Payments: If you have automatic payments attached to your Debit card you may need to notify the vendor(s) of the change to your card number once you receive your new card. Many national retailers will continue to recognize your new card without any interruption in your payments; however, please take time to review your automatic payments just to be sure.
